Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervisory support to the Executive Head Housekeeper to manage the housekeeping department
  • Ensure the highest level of standards are maintained in accordance with club policy
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role or in a supervisory capacity within a hospitality or service industry setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of COSHH and other relevant health and safety regulations
