Production Planner Job Description

Are you an experienced Production Planner looking for a challenging position in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team at a leading manufacturer of bespoke process machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and production deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the production manager and projects team to ensure smooth project execution and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate schedule impacts arising from sourcing and resource decisions to optimize production capacity.
  • Work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure accurate planning and execution of bespoke projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Production Planner or Production Scheduler.
  • Engineering or manufacturing background required.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
