**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and driven Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Flannels. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales, managing the performance of the sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at all times.

- **Analytical Skills**: Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial and sales data.
- **Brand Awareness**: A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge.
- **Local Knowledge**: An awareness of the local area.
