Lead Research Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing

The MTC is on the lookout for an experienced Lead Research Engineer to become a vital part of our Advanced Manufacturing Team, presenting an exciting opportunity to engage in pioneering projects within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Profile

We are in search of an individual who possesses:

Essential Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, technology, science, or mathematics
  • Practical experience with polymer additive manufacturing equipment
  • Knowledge of polymer chemistry and material formulation
  • Experience in developing industrial solutions and applications
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in team management

  • Familiarity with ceramic additive manufacturing processes and materials
