Role Overview

The Pre-sales Team Leader will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the offer roadmap, conducting feasibility studies, defining specifications, and designing software architecture. This position involves engaging with customers and supporting sales, bidding, and account teams with essential resources, content, references, tools, and market insights to effectively promote our products and services, ensuring high-quality proposal submissions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a high-performance architecture team focused on global business in 5G, edge computing, telecom networks, and enterprise private networks.
  • Establish and nurture high-value partnerships with silicon vendors (e.g., Intel, NVIDIA, Qualcomm) and hyperscalers (e.g., Microsoft, AWS).
  • Oversee software architecture that encompasses multiple complex subsystems, including customer interfacing, effort estimation, and scheduling.
  • Be accountable for the project's architecture and the technology stack utilized.

Technical Expertise

Demonstrated experience in architecting open network solutions in radio, fixed access, and disaggregated networks for switching and routing solutions. This includes guiding various development, integration, and verification teams across all layers of the radio network.

  • Experience in developing network architecture, orchestration, and telco cloud solutions.
  • Background in silicon, SoCs, and middleware software for open network nodes, including fast path acceleration technologies.
  • Familiarity with radio algorithms, scheduling, signaling, and performance enhancement.
  • Experience in network AI is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with integration and verification tools, simulators, coding, and debugging tools.
  • Evidence of contributions to thought leadership and participation in standard bodies (e.g., TIP, O-RAN Alliance, ONF) is a plus.
  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science (BS/MS) is required.
