We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Team Leader at Earthfare, the natural food store. As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading our team and enhancing the customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have management and/or supervisory-level experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record in achieving targets. You will excel in a fast-paced environment and lead your team by example.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the opening, closing, and day-to-day running of the store, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly and effectively;
  • Supporting the Store Managers in achieving sales, waste, loss, and cost targets and delivering KPIs;
  • Ensuring that top-quality store standards are maintained at all times, offering excellent customer service across all touch points, and leading your team by example.

You will be a confident and effective communicator, with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store performance.
