Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Officer to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing emergency support to vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to Emergency Calls: You will be responsible for responding to emergency calls from vulnerable adults, providing first aid and support as needed.
- Equipment Removal and Financial Processes: You will assist with the removal of equipment and handle related financial processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
- Training and Support: You will provide training to new officers and support the implementation of our service, ensuring a high level of quality and consistency.
Requirements:
- Strong Communication Skills: You will possess excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone, to effectively interact with vulnerable adults and colleagues.
- Flexibility: You will be able to work flexibly across a range of shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays, to cover our 24/7 service.
- Manual Driving Licence: You will hold a valid manual driving licence, as you will be required to use a vehicle when on shift.
The Package:
This is a temporary role, initially for 3 months, covering the recruitment process for a permanent team member. The role could be extended or become permanent, depending on the needs of the service.
