Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance.
  • Customer Engagement: Foster a welcoming and attentive atmosphere by actively engaging with clients, both in-person and virtually.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, maximizing stylist availability and client convenience.
  • Transactions: Process payments and handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, adhering to our salon's customer service methodology to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Social Media: Assist the Salon Manager in content creation and social media interactions.
  • Salon Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience/knowledge in the hairdressing/beauty industry is required.
  • High school diploma or relevant work experience.
  • Positive and proactive working attitude.

  • Fluent in English.
