Career Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at MaxAd Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day HR administration and recruitment needs for multiple business units, including onboarding, exit, and in-life changes.
  • Conduct right to work, pre-employment, background, and security checks.
  • Place job adverts on job boards and with agency partners and undertake initial shortlisting.
  • Agree role requirements and selection process with hiring managers, organize interviews, and notify unsuccessful applicants.
  • Assist with the smooth induction of new starters, including the completion of new starter forms and ensuring facilities and IT equipment are available on day one.
  • Communicate details of new starters to colleagues and explain and enroll them in end of probation company benefits.
  • Manage monthly payroll reporting, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Set up and administer employee benefits, including maternity interviews and maintaining contact with colleagues on maternity leave.
Requirements
  • Confident, approachable, and passionate about providing a great HR service.
  • Previous admin experience in a HR, payroll, or recruitment admin role in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize own workload.
  • Used to meeting deadlines and getting back to people in a timely manner.
  • Confident communicator with a keen eye for detail.
  • Confident user of MS Office packages, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Flexible, team player with a driving license and vehicle.
