Berkshire IFA is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Our team is committed to helping our clients achieve their financial goals, and we're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IFA Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional client service by responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient recording and maintenance of client communication and data in Intelliflo (iO).
  • Collect, collate, and record client policy information and critical data in accordance with KYC principles.
  • Obtain policy information, quotes, illustrations, and product details to support client needs.
  • Assist with new client onboarding, from initial contact to investment.
  • Process and submit new business applications to providers, ensuring efficient completion.
  • Place investment trades, fund switches, and conduct peer reviews as needed.
  • Organize financial planning annual reviews with clients on behalf of the Financial Adviser.
  • Prepare documentation for client meetings and reviews, including product literature and client agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and FCA policies, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to AML and GDPR regulations.
Team Support and Communication
  • Collaborate with the Administration and Paraplanning team to achieve shared goals.
  • Support the training and development of new administration staff.
  • Peer review colleague work, including new applications and technical fund switches.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of investments, pensions, and family wealth planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrable experience delivering exceptional client service.
  • Excellent IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Understanding of FCA rules and requirements.
