Mandarin Loan Settlement Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Loan Settlement Administrator to join our team in a banking environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing loan drawdown, repayments, and interest reset, as well as coordinating with internal departments on loan system upgrades and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process loan drawdown, repayments, and interest reset in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments on loan system upgrades and processes.
- Liaise with Head Office and external parties as required.
- Prepare business reports for Head Office.
- Ensure all AML check evidence is maintained for audit trail purposes.
- Cover treasury settlement, clearing & payment, trade services, correspondence, and reconciliation as required.
Requirements:
- Mandarin and English fluency.
- Work experience in loan settlement in a banking environment.
- Good Microsoft Office skills.
