Contract Management Role at Cubic - Global

Cubic - Global is seeking a skilled Contract Management professional to join our team. As a Contract Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our contracts and sub-contracts processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of contract-related due dates and documentation.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in SAP systems.
  • Manage amendments and invoice generation for contracts, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Assist with sub-contractor purchase orders and invoices, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Handle contract variations and maintain a variations database, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Support the Contracts Managers in day-to-day administration, providing administrative and back-office support.
  • Keep Salesforce IDs up to date, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM system.
  • Provide holiday cover for the Administration Manager, ensuring continuity of service.
  • Contribute to drafting contractual documents, applying your knowledge of contracting principles.
Requirements:
  • Basic understanding of contracting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on administrative skills.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in core subjects.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SAP systems, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in a contracts/commercial office, showcasing your understanding of industry-specific practices.
  • Enrolled or interested in formal contract management education, highlighting your commitment to professional development.
