Job Title: Asset Building Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Building Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on various projects, including dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work, contract administration, project management, and specification writing.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in building surveying and hold a relevant qualification. MRICS qualification is desirable but not essential. The successful candidate will be able to work on a hybrid basis in Birmingham and have a full driving license.
