Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team at Karndean Designflooring UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that bring our brand to life across various mediums.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing teams, to conceptualize and deliver engaging marketing collateral.
  • Design print materials, such as brochures, flyers, and in-store graphics, that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Produce high-quality design work from concept to final execution, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare files for print and digital production, ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage the photography and video library, retouching and editing assets as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, either agency or in-house.
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
  • Creative flair and expert knowledge of visual principles.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • A portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
