The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Primary Education Support Assistant to become a part of our team. This full-time position involves working across various primary year groups, assisting educators in delivering exceptional educational experiences to our students.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, enthusiastic, and dedicated to promoting a positive and engaging learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist educators in planning and executing engaging lessons across all primary year groups.
  • Provide individual and group support to students, aiding them in achieving their educational objectives.
  • Support the emotional and social development of students, ensuring a safe and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Help prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Collaborate closely with educators and other staff members to monitor and assess student progress.
  • Supervise and support students during breaks, lunchtime, and other activities as necessary.
  • Maintain a positive and proactive approach to managing student behavior in accordance with school policies.
About You:
Experience:
Previous experience working with primary-aged children in a school or similar environment is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NVQ, or equivalent) is preferred but not essential. A willingness to pursue further training is crucial.

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

Passion:
A genuine enthusiasm for working with children and aiding their success.
