Overview:
Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our recruitment processes and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR and data management systems, ensuring accurate tracking of applications and onboarding procedures.
- Assist with pre-employment verifications and background checks, managing all related administrative tasks.
- Generate offer letters and correspondence, maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout their journey.
- Conduct data entry and assist in data migration, contributing to reports generated from HR and recruitment systems.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the Talent Acquisition and Resourcing team as needed.
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in administration, ideally within a recruitment or HR context.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases, including applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
