We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Supportive Living Facilitator within our North Lanarkshire services.
Position Overview – Supportive Living Facilitator
In this role, you will assist adults with diverse and complex disabilities who require round-the-clock support in their residences and communities. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one or two-on-one assistance, which encompasses personal care, dressing, medication management, communication support, meal assistance, and engaging in their preferred activities.
You will play a vital role in facilitating their daily routines, addressing care requirements, and supporting their participation in educational, medical, recreational, and social events. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who possess a special skill or passion, such as cooking, music, or photography. Your enthusiasm will resonate with those you support, offering them enriching experiences and opportunities to learn new skills.
Key Information
Working Hours : Up to 35 hours per week, with flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
Job Description: Supportive Living Facilitator
Don't let concerns about your experience or availability deter you. We have numerous expanding services across Scotland and are open to discussing various availability options.
A valid driver's license is preferred due to the nature of our clients' support needs. If you accompany clients on outings, such as dining or entertainment, all associated costs will be covered.
