Key Responsibilities- HR Administration: Manage key HR procedures, systems, and records, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and benefits administration.
- Governance Support: Assist with trustee activities, including statutory board meetings, paperwork, and committee administration.
- Internal Communications: Ensure effective internal communications and administration across all teams, including managing a high volume of correspondence and documentation.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role in a busy office environment or similar context.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using different systems and databases, including InDesign for publication layout.
- Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of HR and charity governance issues, anti-racism and anti-oppression in the workplace, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
