We are seeking dedicated Care Support Specialists to become part of our organization and contribute to the well-being of our clients.
Location: Basingstoke & Aldershot
Compensation: £13.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Morning & Afternoon Shifts / Long Days / Sleep-ins
Primary Duties:
- Collaborate with the team to provide essential support to clients.
- Assist in delivering a range of support services aimed at achieving positive outcomes.
- Perform client welfare assessments as necessary.
- Manage front desk and reception responsibilities, along with administrative tasks.
- Uphold and respect diversity, equality, and relevant organizational policies.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, guidelines, and safety protocols.
- Offer necessary information to aid clients in achieving their objectives.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities pertinent to the role.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Previous experience in supporting individuals with mental health challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience in working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
