We are currently seeking a Culinary Assistant to join our integral team in Catterick Garrison, DL9 3PS

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide exceptional catering services on-site, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, service, storage, and disposal of food, and monitoring practices to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.
  • Handling and security of all stock and equipment within the department
  • Preparing items for consumption in line with recipe cards, exercising economy of food, fuel, and prevention of waste.
  • Serving customers at mealtimes and maintaining a high level of presentation and cleanliness during service periods.

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary, just a willingness to learn and a passion for cooking
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • DBS required for this role
  • Flexibility and the ability to innovate
