Position Overview:

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branch. We are seeking an individual who is organized, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and temporary staff, providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
  • Accurately process payroll in accordance with company timelines.
  • Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the branch, ensuring all operations run efficiently.
  • Uphold a high standard of service that aligns with our company values.

Essential Skills:

We are looking for candidates with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, along with strong communication abilities, both in person and over the phone.

Working Hours:

This role requires a commitment of 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break. Typical working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
