About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop a deep understanding of our target industries and organizations, and use this knowledge to prospect into new opportunities. Your goal will be to achieve a high volume of qualified leads for our sales team, which will have a direct impact on the company's revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound lead generation strategies to support the sales teams
- Identify and research target industries and organizations to develop a deep understanding of their challenges and goals
- Prospect into target organizations using a range of sales tools, campaigns, and referrals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and ensure seamless communication with the sales team
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Builder's unique selling propositions (USPs) and communicate these effectively to potential customers
- Continuously test and refine sales templates, emails, and phone scripts to improve conversion rates
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation in the technology industry, with a proven track record of success
- Strong interest in a career in a high-performing sales culture
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to build rapport with potential customers quickly and establish trust
- Driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to hit targets and achieve sales goals
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt
