We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Bright Horizons Dandelions Day Nursery and Preschool. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development and learning.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to our safeguarding and child protection policies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting.
- Passion for making learning fun and engaging for children.
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding, child protection, and legislative requirements for working with children.
