Position Overview:
As the Assistant Night Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our hotel during the night hours.
Work Environment:
The Ned and Ned's Club represent a prestigious collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and dining establishments designed for individuals seeking connection, work, and enjoyment. Our flagship location in London has paved the way for further expansions in cities such as New York, Doha, and Washington DC.
Located in a historic building, The Ned London features exclusive member areas, a fitness center, a rooftop space, a public spa, multiple dining options, and 250 guest accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Night Manager to oversee Front of House operations during the night, ensuring accurate completion of night audits and daily reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for guest inquiries or concerns throughout your shift, adhering to all reporting protocols and facilitating smooth transitions to the morning team.
- Conduct all necessary night reporting and auditing for the previous day.
- Maintain communication with overnight staff to ensure seamless operations throughout the facility.
- Engage with various teams, including Security and senior management, as required.
- Work a shift pattern of 4 nights on followed by 4 nights off, from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
