We are working with a reputable client based in the manufacturing sector who require a skilled Manufacturing Assistant to join their team.

The position is a permanent role offering a competitive salary of £30,160 per annum, plus benefits.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm, Friday: 7:30am to 1:30pm

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an engineering environment and possess good electrical maintenance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering and collecting parts using a company vehicle, adhering to all traffic laws and company regulations.
  • Operating a CNC machine when required.
  • Operating a counterbalance truck when required (training and certification will be provided if needed).
  • General site maintenance, including inspection of electrical systems and equipment on site.

Key Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license is required.
  • Previous machine operating experience is essential.
  • Counterbalance truck experience is an advantage but not essential.
  • Good electrical maintenance knowledge is required.
