Job Title: Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our IT and operations team at Spicerhaart. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and implementation of new technology solutions for our Lettings business, as well as other key business projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and optimize project schedules and plans across cross-functional teams and suppliers.
  • Advise on project timelines and dependencies, including clear breakdowns.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, providing governance mechanisms for the organization.
  • Gather and manage project requirements, undertaking detailed business and systems process analysis.
  • Facilitate collaboration across the project team to ensure the impact of any solution is fully considered and addressed.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from the business, technical teams, and third parties to ensure proposed solutions are fully understood and signed off.
  • Provide analysis input to support project issues and ensure all are tracked and reported in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis with references.
  • Experience or knowledge of the letting property process and/or Financial Services mortgage lending would be an advantage.
  • A good working knowledge of analysis and design techniques, with experience in business process identification, modelling, and documentation.
  • Experience with project management software to plan and monitor work would be an advantage.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£66,000 per annum (pro-rata) and a hybrid working arrangement. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of Spicerhaart.
