About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Business Systems Analyst to join MSX International Limited as a CRM Business Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the CRM system meets technical specifications and aligns with the organization's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Director of Enterprise Applications and VP of Sales to understand the CRM vision, goals, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews and workshops to define CRM features and functionality.
  • Work closely with software and QA engineers to ensure a shared understanding of the user stories.
  • Assist the Enterprise Applications Director in prioritizing the CRM development backlog.
  • Support testing and evaluation activities to validate the CRM's functionality and quality.
  • Gather feedback from customers on the CRM's performance, usability, and satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for CRM improvement, enhancement, and innovation.
  • Represent the CRM internally, sharing knowledge and answering questions.
What You'll Need
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ and MS Dynamics, preferably in a senior-expert level.
  • Good understanding of sales operations.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with data migration and integration in CRM projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
