Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our Digital Housing initiatives, contributing to our overarching goal of creating a world-class living environment. The responsibilities include:
  • Utilizing data analytics to ensure that services are user-friendly and accessible. Develop and implement research strategies to identify user needs, focusing on digital inclusion.
  • Conducting user research with both internal stakeholders and end-users to gather insights.
  • Managing and prioritizing a backlog of tasks throughout the product lifecycle, translating user requirements into actionable user stories.
  • Visualizing service processes using various tools to identify current and future workflows, addressing pain points, and prioritizing development efforts.
  • Leading investigations into service inefficiencies and proposing actionable improvements.
  • Collaborating with various service departments to promote agile methodologies and the value of business analysis in digital transformation.
  • Taking ownership of writing user stories, defining success metrics, and collaborating with team members to progress stories through the backlog.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • Experience within a local government setting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in using, developing, and configuring MRI (Orchard) Housing Management software is essential.
  • A background in application support and analysis is preferred.
