Job Title: Depot Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Depot Sales Manager to join our team at Freight Personnel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business sales and revenue growth within our express parcels industry.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the parcel and freight industry. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
  3. Work closely with the Depot General Manager and Regional Director to implement sales strategies and business plans
  4. Define target lists of customer prospects based on clearly defined criteria
  5. Achieve and exceed personal and Depot targets in line with budget
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience within the parcel and freight industry
  2. Strong sales skills, including prospecting, qualifying, and networking
  3. Detailed understanding of sales process and demonstration of world-class sales rigor, hunger, and determination
  4. Proven track record of closing major opportunities and exceeding new business targets
  5. Excellent presentation skills and problem-solving abilities
