The Sales Administrator role is a key position within a leading manufacturing company, responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team at E3 Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input data into the company's system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize SAP software to manage sales data and processes.
- Create and process invoices, as well as process payments in a timely manner.
- Manage order processing, including receipt and dispatch of goods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to telephone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum.
- Flexible working hours, with a 40-hour week.
- 26 days annual leave, providing ample opportunity for relaxation and rejuvenation.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in SAP software and experience with order processing and invoicing.
