About the Role

Curo Services is seeking a skilled Payroll Advisor to join their Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for staff, including starters, leavers, one-off payments, and statutory absences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll changes, including tax uploads and international payroll processing
  • Assist with reporting and reconciliations, including payroll reconciliations and data cleansing
  • Support with correspondence and customer service, including ad-hoc tasks as required
  • Collaborate with the Payroll Deputy Team Leader to ensure smooth payroll operations
Requirements
  • Strong payroll processing experience, preferably in a Shared Service Centre environment
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with high accuracy and tight timescales
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness or experience of payroll legislation and processes
