About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our Water and Utilities team at CV-Library. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to challenging engineering dilemmas.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop new and replacement potable water mains
  2. Conduct foul drainage and CSO remediation work
  3. Develop conventional and urban drainage designs
  4. Solve complex engineering problems

Requirements

  1. Relevant Civil Engineering degree (Masters desirable but not essential)
  2. At least 3 years of experience within the water industry
  3. Knowledge of potable, surface, and foul water design and/or construction
  4. Ability to work towards Chartership
  5. Proficiency in 3D design and modeling using MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage
  6. Knowledge of Water Authority approval processes (i.e. S104, S106)
  7. Able to manage workloads effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines
  8. Able to work independently and within a team
  9. Methodical, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
