About the Role

We are seeking a talented Civil and Structural Engineering professional to join our team at Hydrock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering sustainable projects that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical solutions for complex projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Civil and Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, technical leadership, and team collaboration.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, WinDES, PDS, and Civil 3D.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
