Project Manager - Highways

Marshall Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, including risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure or construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools
