Job Description

Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineer to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a Cloud Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and secure cloud-based infrastructure solutions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions using AWS (EC2, Load Balancers, Security Groups, VPNs, VPC, S3, SQS/SNS) and other cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain Windows and Linux-based systems, including IIS, Windows services, and debugging on Windows (events viewer, memory dumps, etc.).
  • Configure and manage HA proxy, Nginx, and other load balancing solutions.
  • Implement CI/CD practices and approaches to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of cloud-based applications.


Requirements


  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with a focus on AWS and other cloud platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including IIS, Windows services, and debugging tools.
  • Experience with load balancing solutions, including HA proxy and Nginx.
  • Understanding of CI/CD practices and approaches.
