Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, with the capability to analyze and present financial data effectively
  • Excellent communication abilities for engaging with both internal teams and external clients

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash collection for assigned accounts
  • Address and resolve disputes within specified timeframes to facilitate cash flow
  • Oversee bad debt and aged receivables in collaboration with business leaders
  • Deliver weekly updates on high-risk accounts
  • Maintain accurate ledgers, manage write-off requests, and oversee credit balances
  • Work with external collection agencies when required
  • Conduct account reconciliations as necessary
  • Review overdue accounts and escalate issues according to internal protocols
  • Monitor credit limit notifications to reduce potential risks
