About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a seamless shopping experience.

Main Responsibilities

As a Branch Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that customers receive a positive shopping experience
  • Assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to provide recommendations to customers
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring that the store is maintained to a high standard and that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
