About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Branch Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring high standards of presentation and display.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods.
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, storing, and rotating stock to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display activities to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
Requirements
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift and move stock, as required.
