About the Role

We're seeking a Loss Prevention Officer to join our team in Peterborough. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing a visible and approachable presence at our entrance doors to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Detering loss on the salesfloor while acting as an ambassador for the loss prevention function
  • Working closely with the store team to maintain security of our product and delivering effective conflict resolution when required
  • Demonstrating your ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
