Key Responsibilities- Service Development

- Lead on the development and implementation of new occupational therapy services and programs.
- Patient Care
- Manage a caseload of patients with complex health and social care needs, providing specialist assessment, consultancy, and intervention to meet their occupational needs.
- Work closely with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and well-being.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to identify areas for quality improvement and develop solutions to address these needs.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational therapy, with a focus on service development and leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful service development projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, carers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
