Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with current legislation by arranging necessary safety inspections and certifications
  • Conduct routine and additional property visits and checks within the required timeframe
  • Liaise with contractors and outsourcing resources to deliver repair and maintenance works to a high standard and within agreed timescales
  • Investigate and claim for repair and maintenance work under insurance policies where feasible and cost-effective
  • Determine liability for work between landlords and tenants
  • Process payments for contractors, deposits, and landlord bills in a timely and accurate manner
