Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team at Darcy House Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring
  • Support residents with their daily activities, such as eating, drinking, and mobility
  • Engage with residents in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care
Requirements

We are looking for a Care Assistant with:

NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalentAt least one year of experience working in an elderly care home in the UKExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexibly, including evenings and weekendsWhat We Offer
