Job Title: Care Assistant (Bank)

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team on a bank contract. The successful candidate will work on a flexible schedule, including day and night shifts. As a Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility support.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
  • At least one year of experience working in an elderly care home in the UK.
  • DBS clearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts.
