This position will be part of the Supply Chain Management division, specifically within the automotive industry. The daily responsibilities are diverse, primarily focusing on managing smaller accounts and assisting the Supply Chain Team with essential account-related tasks.

The nature of the role encompasses various activities, including interaction with logistics providers, communication with clients and suppliers, as well as financial documentation.

Essential skills include strong organizational capabilities, prioritization, and a sense of ownership over tasks, along with the ability to meet deadlines.

Core Duties:

  1. Manage assigned client accounts, ensuring a consistent approach to customer service and fostering long-term relationships.
  2. Develop and sustain relationships with clients, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
  3. Oversee logistics operations, including the arrangement of transportation, storage, and all related administrative tasks between clients and suppliers.
  4. Coordinate with relevant warehouses for effective stock management and inventory oversight.
  5. Ensure prompt issuance of invoices and timely payments for assigned accounts.
  6. Input purchase invoices into the system and generate sales invoices as required.
  7. Effectively manage the supply chain from suppliers to assigned clients, adhering to established criteria.
  8. Monitor service levels provided to assigned clients, as detailed in regular performance reports.
  9. Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to facilitate the smooth operation of the Supply Chain Management team.
  10. Assist and cover for Delivery Controllers and other Assistant Delivery Controllers as necessary.
  11. Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested by management, relevant to the role.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and demonstrating initiative in problem-solving.
