About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Manager to join our team. As a Credit and Collections Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 5 globally and will be the focal point for considering case-by-case basis for contractor cash advances.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of all finance and banking systems, with a willingness to learn as systems evolve.
  • Provide and update regular reports on cash collection and weekly billing.
  • Investigate and deal with issues concerning payment and billing as they arise, ensuring resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of cash collection and billing, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient and effective credit and collections operations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience working in finance, ideally within the recruitment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
