Parcel Delivery Driver

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team at Royal Mail Group. As a Parcel Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers across the region, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of packages.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Use route-planning technology tools to optimize delivery routes and ensure parcels are delivered to the right place at the right time
- Prep your van and workload for the day, ensuring you are ready to hit the road and deliver parcels
- Interact with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work independently, using your own initiative to manage your workload and deliver parcels
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- Market-leading pay, paid monthly
- Overtime paid at 1.25 x the normal hourly rate
- 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (pro-rata)

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
- Physical fitness to lift and carry parcels
