Job Opportunity: Respiratory Nurse Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Nurse Advisor to join our client's national respiratory team. As a Respiratory Nurse Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing specialist care and support to patients with respiratory conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient reviews and specialist clinics to advise and support general practice staff.
  • Work in specialist clinics, homes, and from home as part of a hybrid position.
  • Use your in-depth knowledge to develop and implement care plans for patients with respiratory conditions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development of respiratory care services and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
  • At least 3 years' experience managing respiratory conditions.
  • Currently undertaking COPD and/or asthma reviews on a regular basis.
  • Ideal qualifications include COPD/asthma diplomas or significant experience managing asthma and performing asthma reviews.
  • ARTP qualification desirable.
  • Experience in spirometry.
  • Full driving license.
