We are seeking a dedicated engineering professional with a robust technical background to enhance our dynamic team of network specialists. Your responsibilities will encompass:


  • Comprehensive management and support of a Windows-based Live Service Network, including various hosted applications.
  • Providing advanced Level 3 support and troubleshooting to address technical issues.
  • Adhering to established configuration and change management protocols to ensure the successful implementation of network changes.
  • Collaborating with different departments to uphold network security standards.
  • Establishing and following defined processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of network components, maintenance activities, connections, and inventory through appropriate database management.
  • Offering technical on-call support during off-hours on a rotational basis.

Essential Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Solid understanding of networking principles.
  • Experience in executing a monthly security patching process.
  • Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Understanding of sensitive material handling.
  • Experience in maintaining a document repository.
  • Capability to conduct daily environment assessments.
