Role Overview

We offer various agreement options based on your experience and career aspirations. These regular paid gym hours enable you to cultivate a successful client base through MOVE sessions, participation in gym events and challenges, group training classes, and general customer service responsibilities.

Our teams emphasize supporting new member sales and retention, as well as assisting the broader team with secondary products that enhance profitability. We expect our teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation while representing our brand. If you rapidly expand your client base, you may reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your Personal Training income.
