About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Places Leisure. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, helping them to achieve their health and wellness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members, ensuring they feel valued and supported in their fitness journey.
  • Program Development: Develop and deliver engaging fitness programs, including group classes and personal training sessions, to cater to diverse member needs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the gym equipment is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and safe environment, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Hold a minimum of CIMSPA Affiliate/Reps Level 2 qualification, with a strong desire to achieve CIMSPA Practitioner/Reps Level 3.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the fitness industry, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality fitness services.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.
